If you are looking for that male who puts out crias with that classic peruvian head and great presence, look closely at Mezcal. At 13 years of age, he still has great conformation and a perfect jaw alignment. His handle is amazingly soft. His fleece has a high frequency crimp and is very dense.
Mezcal has offspring of every color. When bred to grey, offspring are usually grey or black with much improved fiber. In general, his crias are the color of the dam, though crias out of white dams are often fawn.
As a son of Drambuie, Mezcal provides highly sought after genetics. Drambuie was sold at a record breaking price many years ago to a top Australian breeder.
